With over a decade of technical expertise spanning multiple disciplines, Joel brings a unique blend of engineering excellence and leadership to every engagement.
Beginning with a solid foundation in electrical engineering, mathematics, and information science, Joel's career has evolved through diverse roles that perfectly complement Capslock Reactor's mission to fuse hardware, software, and AI to build innovative products.
His professional journey includes designing complex test systems for in circuit PCB testers, building full-stack applications for both web and mobile, embedded systems development, developing sophisticated algorithms and data solutions at both the edge and in the cloud, and most recently leading engineering teams and deep tech R&D initiatives at an AI infrastructure startup.
This breadth of experience has fostered collaborations and development with industry leaders like Bissell, Whirlpool, Gentex, Charity Water, Vermeer, Dematic, Southwest Airlines, MacStadium and Oura.
Driven by a passion for solving complex problems, architecting robust systems, and translating business requirements into technical solutions, Joel established Capslock Reactor to bring these diverse skills to organizations poised to build the future.
